IPSYCOM Wins Contract for Comprehensive Unscheduled Maintenance Services for Yanacocha – Newmont Mining Plants

IPSYCOM LATAM has been awarded the contract to provide comprehensive unscheduled maintenance services for Minera Yanacocha’s plants, adding a new operational challenge to its track record in the mining sector.

The service covers the Pampa Larga, Yanacocha Norte, and La Quinua plants, as well as the Chemical Laboratory. Additionally, the inclusion of the AWTP Este and AWTP Oeste plants is planned for 2027, progressively expanding the scope of service.

The objective of the service is to respond promptly to Minera Yanacocha’s operational needs and help maintain an availability rate of over 90% in its critical systems. This contract award represents further recognition of IPSYCOM’s technical expertise, operational experience, and responsiveness in environments where operational continuity, safety, and maintenance reliability are critical factors.

With this new project, IPSYCOM continues to strengthen its specialized offering for the mining industry, combining experience, responsiveness, and operational management to address the challenges of critical plants and systems.
