Thorough planning is essential to take into account all activities to be executed effectively. In terms of reportability, detailed reports are delivered to the client every 12 hours by e-mail, coinciding with the change of shift. However, it should be noted that through agile on-site and remote methodologies, we collect and identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive measures to avoid unwanted interruptions in operations. At the end, we evaluate the scheduled, actual and efficiency time (if applicable) to obtain conclusions and recommendations that are delivered to the client.
